Notice and Takedown Procedure

If you believe that your copyrighted material has been posted on CricFy TV without authorization, you may submit a copyright infringement notice by providing the following information in writing:

A detailed description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed
The specific URL location of the infringing material
Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
Your signature (physical or electronic)
A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate

Content Removal

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, CricFy TV will promptly investigate and remove the allegedly infringing material if found to be in violation of copyright law.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same information required for a DMCA notice, along with a statement that you consent to jurisdiction and that you will accept service of process.

Repeat Offenders

CricFy TV will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright laws.
